The aim of this course is to provide Food Handlers with adequate training in the basic principles of food safety and covers the necessary skills required to practice HACCP effectively in the workplace. Who is it for?

  • Anybody intending to set up a food business
  • All staff involved in the handling of food e.g. Chefs, Catering Assistants, Food Production Workers and service staff.
  • This course is also ideal for anyone wishing to improve their employment prospects in the food industry.
  • The qualification must be completed by all food handlers every 5 years.
